Note:

An invited participant's role cannot be changed. To change it, transfer their data and have them leave the project, then reassign the role when they rejoin.

Action permissions

PROJECT

Create : Every user can create their own project.

Edit: Owner only.

Handover : Only a Co-owner can be selected as the recipient when hand over a project.

Delete : Owner only.

Leave : All users may request to leave the project after transferring their data.

ISSUE

Create : Owner, Co-owner, and Uploader can create issues without restrictions.

Edit: Owner, Co-owner and Issue creator (Uploader): allowed only if no reply exists.

Reply to an issue : Owner, Co-owner and Replier: Allowed only if the issue has no existing reply or the latest reply is Rejected.

Delete : Issue creator (Uploader): allowed only if no reply exists; Owner and Co-owner: no restrictions.

REPLY

Create (Reply to an issue) : Owner, Co-owner and Replier: Alloweo only if the issue has no existing reply or the latest reply is Rejected.

Edit : Owner, Co-owner and Reply creator (Replier): allowed only if the reply is UnderReview.

Approve / Reject Reply : Owner Co-owner and Issue creator (Uploader): no restrictions.

Delete : Reply creator (Replier): allowed only if the reply is Under Review; Owner and Co-owner: no restrictions.

PARTICIPANT

Add (Invite) : Owner or Co-owner only.

Edit (Access value) : Owner or Co-owner only.

Remove participant : Owner or Co-owner only: May remove a participant (Except previewer) only after transferring all of that participant's associated data to another participant who holds the same role as the participant's current role, or to an Owner
